Refund Policy Overview

Refund Eligibility

  • Refundable Tickets: Eligible for refund after deducting applicable airline charges and Travels Fare service fees.
  • Non-refundable Tickets: Cannot be refunded unless specified under airline exceptions (e.g., government-mandated cancellations, medical emergencies).

Initiating a Refund

To request a refund, email info@travelsfare.com with your ticket number and reason. You may also use our Manage Booking section.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment. Bank or credit card delays may apply.

Partial Refunds

In some cases (e.g., partially used tickets), only the unused portion is refunded. Taxes and surcharges may be refunded depending on airline policy.
